We all are aware about sky diving adventurous activity. Sky diving is an adventurous activity in which a person is pushed from an altitude in sky towards earth with adequate security measures. People, who have done this, award the activity with different adjectives such as thrilling, exciting, stress buster. They term this as a joyful activity.
Can we have this joyful feeling in our life all the time?
Can we live exciting, stress free life?
Why do we not feel thrilled & excited at each & every moment we pass through?
Root question is not whether we should do sky diving or not, but more important is can we have the same experience in our life for all activities we are doing. We should feel the same excitement level when we go to our office. We should be fully charged when we cook food or do other routine jobs.
lets understand a little more about what happens when we are dropped from a substantial height . When start falling from the altitude, our mind gets lost. Our mind just goes blank. A void is created in our mind. All thoughts go missing. Not a single thought can be alive in your mind at that time. Can you think of your parents, your spouse, your children, your career or your financial obligations when you are in between sky & the earth? Not at all! You are able to think nothing.
Your mind goes to a state of zero thoughts. State of zero thoughts is called meditation & as soon as you pass through state of meditation or state of zero thoughts, you come out pure. Your mind is washed. All thoughts are dead. You are with a fresh mind without any past. You become as pure as a child. Child don?t have any tensions because they are not filled with any thoughts. They live in present. Neither they have any past nor do they think about future. So you just drop your garbage of thoughts out of your mind.
So state of zero thoughts can be achieved through mediation. Meditation is a process of going to a state of zero thoughts. When you master the art of meditation, you can apply it to other routine activities of your life. You can do your office work with complete consciousness. You can make tea with complete observation. Once you are in state of complete consciousness, your take control of your life & than do not allow garbage of thoughts to enter your mind.
A pure mind is full of excitement, a pure mind is always stress free. So keep meditating
